Many of you should have received an email today with an announcement about the frag swap and the garage sale. If you did NOT get an email, that means we don't have you on the mailing list. We're going to start announcing meetings, news, etc. via email as well as RC so if you want the news, please send an email to: WTMRAC@gmail.com so we can update your information with a correct email address.

Those of you who screen email, please add WTMRAC@gmail.com and WTMRAC@comcast.net to your address book so we won't get put in the spam file.

The Paypal links are being updated now on the website so it doesn't say Rendos@jamrac.org anymore. The $ has always been going to the right place. We were just never getting any notification when anyone paid. FIXED!

The membership application form on the website is still going off to a mysterious place in cyberspace. Anyone in the club who has worked with or set up the BraveNet site that directs that form, please get in touch with Ryan and let him know how to direct the membership forms to the WTMRAC@gmail.com account.

Hopefully we'll be able to reach out and include everyone in the club, not just the people who get on RC.

Thanks!
Cathy

Thanks ... we're getting there.

Ryan is doing a great job with the website and hopefully we're putting some changes in place that are going to really help us manage better for the long run.

Trying ... anyway.

Reef Club??

Reef Club??

Hello,

I'm new to the area and new to marine everything...Done nothing but freshwater. I currently have a 75g setup with a 20g in sump and fuge underneath the tank. I have about 30 lbs of live rock at this time.. (2) coral banded shrimp, (1) mandarin and dealing with the big leap of going from fresh to marine. I would be interested in learning more about your reef club, how it works, and I could possibly become a member. My name is Glover Harris

Welcome!

Sounds like you're off to a good start. The best places to learn about the club are:

Here ... we always have discussion going

The club website - www.wtmrac.org - Information about club activities and membership information is posted there.

Meetings - we have them usually once per month. I think there is another thread here about the upcoming meetings. As they get closer we post details and directions.

Also, this next weekend a lot of us will be around for the garage sale, Saturday May 31 at the Yorkshire shopping center.

Look forward to meeting you. In the mean time, just jump right in here on RC. It's a great place to learn and get started.

Cathy

Amazing!

Amazing!

How is the St. Jude project working out? That is such a blessing for all of those children and how it will fill them with joy and hope. I was also wondering if someone could explain what the difference was between the regular membership and the commerical sponsorship options? Are dues monthly or yearly?

Welcome aboard!
Dues are yearly and the commercial is for people like Live fish store owners.

This club has an awesome group of people more than willing to share all their knowledge.

The Stores in memphis offer discounts to members as well.

Maybe I will see you this weekend. feel free to introduce yourself to all the members when you show up
