Proper Place to post System Build Threads?

Just was wondering where the proper place to put a system build thread is, I cant seem to access the tank build link on the first page. Thanks!

You are free to put it where ever you like. Most folks like putting it in the Reef Discussion forum, but if it is a specialty tank, you can put it in that particular forum.

that's because it's an april fool's day joke. Putting it anywhere you're most comfortable is fine (within reason).
