Protein Skimmer Reviews For 55 & 75

Hi everyone, I am looking at starting a 55 or 75 gal. reef and I am looking for "expert" reviews on In-sump Skimmers. Can you all tell me in "your" opinion what would be the correct size and is the least expensive, but best ones on the market. I am figuring on a sump that is somewhere in the 29 gallon range maybe a little larger no taller than 16" and it will probably be designed like Melev's designs.
