Protozoa ??

It was suggested that is protozoa. The fish are doing better and still in display tank. I really havent found enough information on this website about the parasite. If my fish are immune/tolerant of it....what should I do to rid my tank of it? And how will I know that I have suceeded ?

Protozoa is just a class of parasites, it really doesn't help you ID what it is. Ich is a ciliated protozoan for instance.

You could pretend it's ich (i.e. tank fallow for 6-8 wks) to break the life cycle. That would take care of most parasite's life cycles.

I thought i read where protozoa could live in fishless tank indefinitely?
