Pseudanthias bartlettorum feeding?

Hi

I have 8 Pseudanthias bartlettorum, ever since i gotten them, i have ben feeding around 3 to 5 times a day. Usaly they get krill and atemia, along with flake food. Usaly i add vitamines to the frost food, before feeding them.

I staretd to feed heavy after i got them, to feed them up, how much do i need to feed now they are feed up? is 1 time a day enough or do i need to do 3 times a day?

IME bartletts are one of those anthias that, once fattened up after acclimation, can easily get away with once a day feeding. Mine are so fat, they look like miniature tuna, literally....

tnx, i will cut down on feeding, over a weeks time.

Does the same apply to Dispar Anthias? ben thinking about getting some of those.

Dispars are a lot more finicky, especially when first imported, IME. And they will not gorge themselves as much as bartletts.

tnx, if i may ask, any other anthias that would be easy similar to Bartletts? prefered a species that is in the same size range.

also is it normal that 2 of the 8 barletts are really shy while the other 6 is swimming around nicely ? it seems the 6 out of the 8 have made a group, and the 2 others are left out, is this common?

what is the best number to keep togerther? 6 or more?

Honestly, Bartletts are probably the easiest of anthias to keep. Lyretails are next. Dispars are fine, just need a bit more work to adapt them to captivity, IME.
