Psychedelic Goby in a RSM

My friend has a Red Sea Max 34g with about 40 lb of live rick. She has a 6 line wrasse and two saddleback clowns. My question is, would there be enough "pods" to sustain a psychedlic goby in this relatively small tank?

No sump or fuge. I'll tell her to forget it. She saw it in my tank and now wants one for hers. The only difference is that i probably have about 150 lbs of live rock

I have a fat juvenile spotted mandarin (another name for the psychedelic goby) in my RSM 130D, but I think I am able to do so because: (1) it's an ORA captive bred that eats spectrum pellets in addition to pods; (2) the tank is more than 9 mos old; (3) the tank is low flow and softie/LPS stocked; and (4) I converted the RSM rear section into a pod fuge (I replaced the RSM skimmer with a Tunze 9002 Nano skimmer and the rest of the space is filled with live rock).
