Puerto Rico--diving, seashore hopping

How is Puerto Rico for diving and snorkeling?

I am particularily interested in reading about any experience in the Southwest side of PR.
 
I went shore diving in Aguadilla last month. It was a great time. Visibility was fantastic. Got to see some really cool things.
