Puerto Rico

For drilling holes I might suggest a glass shop (cristaleria) they tend to charge about $20 per hole. Of course they wouldn't guarantee it but they will do it.

Is that by any chance Seaquest? I thought they had closed... If it is i beleive that they're somewhere in Salinas. BTW Boricua Reefers let's see those tanks, i'll start.

Was C-Quest now Proaquatix buy them and since the hurricane hit their facilities in Florida they move everything here. I hear one of the ex-emplyee of C-quest open a similar business near them also. At least is what I heard.

En lo que tomo una foto decente de la pecera completa, esta es una reciente que tome por el lado. Tiene 7 meses (con interrupción de la tormenta Jeannie que me hizo perder mitad de lo que tenía). 30L gal

That would be a 30 gal. TY for the compliments. When Jeanne hit the island I lost all the stock in my tank. The minute I had power back I was restarting my tank.

Yes, the pictures are from C-Quest and they are connected to Pro-Aquatics in Florida, I think Sebastian if I'm not mistaken.
It's soon time to go back, I hope this time we will have some time to go snorkling and visit some LFS.

We were in San Juan last July. I wish I would have seen this thread before then. We were always looking for non-tourist restaurants and I would have loved to check out the fish stores. Unfortunately, we didn't get to do much snorkeling, etc., as we were only there for a long weekend. My in-laws were remarried on their 50th Wedding Anniversary so the whole family flew down. It was great. I am in love with your island and now hope to retire there!

If I get a chance to come back sooner, I will be PM'ing all of you for suggestions on where to go.

Gracias!

:D

gman, what would be the blue fish that I saw a lot of in San Juan? We fed them from the Caribe Hilton.

Salt, too funny! Very embarrassing confession, but I had to get my husband to translate because I could only figure out the first sentence.
