puffer issues

hey I have a DF puffer and he is just moping along the bottom. With darker splotches. Then he gets around and is acting normal then mopes around again.

dog face, I've had him for 4 months. a lunar wrasse, coral beauity lawnmower and two damsels. He is by far the biggest thing in the tank and top dog.

It is an arothron nigropunctatus - dog face. It is a morph from the solomon islands often referred to as a dalmation puffer.
