Puffer Parasites?

I just got a new GineaFowl Puffer last week. He is about 6". He is in quarantine and I have noticed some weird looking white balls that are attatched to his skin in certian areas. He is still healthy and eating but I dont want to introduce these into my display tank and I need to figure out exactly what they are. I know that it isnt ich, I think that they may be flukes but I have no experience with them . I dosed the tank with Paziquil and there hasnt been a change yet.

Ok I have tried a freshwater dip and a couple doses of PraziPro. There seems to be no impact. They are white small parasites that extrude from his skin. They seem to be in groups.

Do you have any pictures? A good close up picture of what you are describing would help

can you treat it with hypo levels, if it's an invert it might die at low salinity. Just an idea
