He is an 7-8 year old porcupine fish and I think he has an air bubble trapped. He has been lying at the bottom of the tank for two days tilted up on the right side. He has not ingested air that I am aware of. His skin pattern and eyes are a little darker though. Externally he looks fine otherwise. His respirations are normal.
