puffer with Ick fowlr

I have a 210 fowlr with a large amount of live rock so
getting him out is not an option. The other fish do not yet seem affected. I have heard that treatments other than copper like kickich arent effective. Copper is obviously not an option. I run a uv sterilizer. Might a cleaner wrasse help with my dogface puffer? Need some help. Hyposalinity would stress out the whole tank.

cleaner wrasses and cleaner shrimp (which would probably not work with a puffer) have no effect on ich (cryptocaryon irritans). UV is a great clarifier for water but has no/limited effect on parasites.

If its fowlr why not hypo? Just lower very slowly. If not then feed properly and keep parameters in check and just maybe he can fight it off and build immunity. Only problem is ich will still be there so any stressors may flare symptoms back up
