pulsing xenia fell

Yesterday I got two pulsing xenia frags. I placed one in the crack of one of my rocks and put another rock behind it kindof wedging it in place, and I put the other one in a crack of a rock. Today I found that one of the frags had fallen to the bottom of my tank deep within a big rock. This rock is very porus and I don't know if I will be able to get the coral out with out killing it. The coral is stretched out of all of the holes on the rock and actually looks cool. My concern is that it is on the bottom of my tank in somewhat of a shady area. My tank is a 90 gallon and has 4x 65w pc bulbs over it. Should I leave it since it looks good or should I dig it out?

Thanks,
Mike

Mine leave the rock at times and migrate to different points at the tank, some behind and under rocks, all seem to do fine. The stuff grows fast and you will have a bunch in no time:)

i don't think you can kill xenia i bet if you scraped it off and threw it away it would grow on your garbage bag it should be just fine
