To everyone else. I don't mean to offend anyone but here goes nothing.

Someone has to step up to the plate and take a risk to aqua-culture these corals. Just like every other coral or saltwater fish in the past! Otherwise we wouldn't be here enjoying our little slice of the ocean. This is no different than what some people spend on their dogs or cats out in California or New York.

Just wanted to make a point!

These pioneers are the people that eventually bring the price of such animals down to a level where you and I can afford. Save a reef grow your own.

I bet you'll have better luck propogating that than the carpet, and considering its 100 cheaper than the haddoni was, I think it's a great deal as far as your future endeavors go.

Presto That is surely the plan. Aquaculture is the only way to go and this anemone needs to be shared. Warren and i are taking a chance. We did this once before with the red haddoni you see but that didnt work out so well. i didnt research enough at the time and i take fault in killing it Im currently trying another Haddoni under the correct and proper conditions. The more anemones that can be propogated the less come out of the oceans.

They are my favorite fish! Love these little guys. Wish I could get my hands on more. They don't hide like the purple and red ones when something moves.

I've also noticed when I had three that they get along well....At least in my case.
