pump difference

Well I am looking at one of the two hydrofoamer pumps for my next skimmer build. CAn you tell me the differnce in the two? i see some air draw #'s are different. is it in the impeller, housing or in the pump itself. I dont have the opportunity to look at them both side by side to see the difference or to see if one is too big. And help would be great , Thanks

Outwardly the pumps are identical but the smaller pump has a weaker motor coil and smaller needlewheel. Everything else is the same.
