pump for jbj ato?

I have a 5 gallon rodi portable 5 gallon water jug that i bought at the LFS. Will the toms aqualifter have enough power to transfer from the jug to the sump?
If not, what pump should i use that is small enough to fit inside the jug?

+1 on the Aqualifter. I use it from a 5 gallon bucket and it will do the job . But maxijets are good too
