Pump options for the Euroreef RS80

OK, the Sedra KSP-3500 that came with my skimmer about 2 yrs ago is finally getting to old I think because it is really starting to get noisy. I have cleaned it out, let it soak in water and vinegar and nothing seems to help the noise.

I have thought this pump has always been a little noisy and was wondering if there were any other pump brands that people had used on these skimmers, or skimmers close to the same size?

Rated for aquarium systems of +/- 80 gallons with a medium bioload
Sump space required for skimmer: 9" x 9"
Height: 22"
Ideal water level: 6.5" constant
Reaction chamber diameter: 5"
Reaction chamber volume: 1.02 gallons
Inlet size: .75"
Outlet size: 1.25"

Is there a better pump out there with less energy draw that will do the same or better job?

Did you check the magnet on your impeller to see if it is swollen/disorted? That could produce some noise.
