I am currently running a closed loop with a Mag12 on my 20 gallon drilled tank. The PVC is all 1" and I have 2 outlets. The pump head loss calculator says the following:
"total losses are 4.4 feet of head pressure, or 1.9 PSI. with a flow rate of 1064 GPH."
The qusetion is ...is this too much flow for a reef tank w/ fish?
