Pump Rec for 6' long tank-180 gallon

I am working up a plan for a 180 gallon SPS tank. Tunze will be charged with tank flow. With a 6'long tank, do I need the 6105, 6205 or larger power head for good circulation in the display? What is the rule of thumb recommendation for power head selection?

With the tank dimensions, I would go with the 6105's, the 6205 is mainly a wider flow, it isn't so much an issue of flow rate as flow column area. Have a good day!
