Pump Recommendations?

I have a 29 gallon tank with a 20 gallons sump. I will be using a DIY weir overflow prolly 300-600 gph. What would be a good cheap return pump for this? What gph should it pump?

On my 29 ( 10 sump ) I am using an Ocean Runner 2500. Have had it now for just under a year. Super quiet and runs great.

I use 2 returns for my 30 gallon (10 gal sump). Mag drive 7 goes through the chiller first and a rio1100 returns directly to the tank. Inside the tank I have a rio 800. I'm still not sure if I have enough flow but my coral looks pretty happy.

Another vote for the ocean runner. For the money great pump.

mag drive pumps are amazing for the money. stay away from rio, they are a waste of money in my opinion.
