Pump stopped...red blinking light...help

So I just took the plunge and bought one of these MP40w pumps and set it up the night before last. Today I was trying the different settings and the pump didn't seem to be doing what the manual said it would. I called customer service and he told me I had to re-set or configure the pump after disconnecting it. Well, I disconnected the pump and now it is not responding to anything I do. I plug it in, there is a light sequence (green, blue, pink, purple), the pumps works briefly, and then there is a red blinking light with no movement in the pump at all. Have you had this happen? How can it be fixed? Of course I called customer service back and emailed but I think they are gone for the weekend so I am hoping to catch them here. Also any input is appreciated if any of you have had this problem.

Thanks,

Rafael

I purchased twp mp40w's and attempted to install them yesterday. The first one works flawlessly. The second one continues to flash red and yellow and shuts down every 5 minutes. It does not appear to be able to align properly. I did e-mail ecotech and they responded once yesterday. I appreciate any help.

I believe the alignment problem has been corrected. The rubber spacer on the outside motor was not attached correctly. These pumps are awesome.

I just want to mention that the service at Echotech was superb in resolving this matter. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Nice to know the level of commitment they have to their product line.
Thank you,

Rafael
