Purely H20 ??

Anybody done business with them before? I oredred an RO/DI unit from them over a week ago and can't get them to answer emails or return phone calls.

I have ordered from them a few times. Great products, good pricing. I always got a status when I emailed them.

Maybe there is some rational explanation as to why they are not responding, but so far I have sent three emails and left two voice mails over the lst 5-7 days with no response
