purple fire fish should i take it out ?

i have a purple firefish looks like the fish have a parasite my question is should i remove the fish from the aquarium ? what fishies does this parasite attack?

Almost looks like some kind of worm imbeded? Correct me if I'm seeing the wrong thing. If so, prazi-pro should treat it.
