Purple Firefish bumps?

Does anyone know what these 3 bumps are on my Purple Firefish? I got the fish 7 days ago, and these bumps just appeared. The fish is eating fine and is not acting abnormal at all. I hope its not ich!!! :hmm2:

My tank parameters are:
0 nitrite
0 ammonia
5ppm nitrate
8.3 pH
1.028 salinity (I know this is high, I was gone for the weekend and the salinity rose to 1.028. and I just got home and dropped it to 1.024)

It doesn't look like ich to me. Maybe parasite?

it now seems that there are more tiny spots on her. And the 3 bumps are are not quite as noticeable today (they are almost gone). I think this is getting worse. It's my first fish

That sucks about your fish! It's not ich! Ich will look like white spots not bumps. Those look bumps to me.

ok the white bump is moving. One day it will be up towards the top and the next it will be lower. How do i get rid of this thing?
