Purple Firefish ?

I bought two Purple Firefish Sat. and they are very shy. They just hang out in the corner of the tank, never leaving either the rocks or the corner of the tank. I've read that they can be finicky when you first put them in, any advice?

Yeah, make sure to keep your top covered because they are notorious for jumping!

Keep the top covered, and give them time. Toke mine about 2 weeks before it would stay out of the rocks.

yes basically any new fish put into a new system needs a couple weeks to adjust but then they should be fine just need to get used to their new surroundings ...
time is the answer .lol

They'll warm up to flake food, cyclopeeze, etc. They're shy, but will become brazen if not threatened by other fish.

Forgot to mention, mine goes crazy over Rod's food. . . .but then again what doesn't?
