Purple Hammer Turning Green?

About a month ago I bought a deep purple hammer coral at my local fish store. Every part of it was purple. Since then, it seems to be lightening up and almost turning to a huge of green with purplish tips.

The question is, is this normal or does this mean something is up with my tank?

Tank params:

90 gallon saltwater @ 1.024 SG
PH 8.3
KH 10
Nitrate, Nitrite, Phosphate, and Amonia = 0
Calcium 420

Lighting = 4 x 54 watt Giesemann PowerChromes (=2.4 watts/gallon). Tek Light fixture with mirrored backing.

Adding reef complete/plus twice a week.

Mysis, algae, cyclopese, oyster eggs, DT's, and a few other foods going in multiple times per week.

Yeah. The store had low-intensity SunPaq bulbs over their tank. It's really hard to say if that is the issue though, if your local fish store is like mine they rarely keep a coral in house a few days before it is sold.

Could be several things. Changing the enviroment is a big part , lights, specs on water, flow, I t could have been dyed, Temp (bleaching from heat). Hard to say for sure. But if it still opens and sweeps come out it will recover. But the color may never be the same.
