reffering to the green ring and skirt, where yours appear to be orange instead. very very cool looking though.
 
I don't know if they are the real thing or not, will leave that up to the rest of you, I also don't know what kind of lights they are under, what I do know, is that they look very NICE., although they appear to be in the wrong tank, lol.

I would say 808's are not Purple Hornets as thy seem to have an all green skirt.

Take a look at the double skirt. The upper are colored and the lower are not. Now take a look at the placement. As the polyp fully opens the double skirt layer forms one, alternating the top and bottom.

I know they came from the source, so you guys can call them what ever you want. I'm actually thinking of renaming them "poon tang purples".
 
Thought I'd post an update pic of my lonely PH polyp. After being closed for over a month after shipping, I'm more than a little surprised he is still around. He seems to be holding his own now and growing a little bit all the time. This hobby is definitely not for anyone who lacks patience or needs immediate results, is it?
