"I have to respectfully disagree! I've never seen a purple blue spot and I'm almost 100% positve they said they were in Indonesia and the blue dot is found in the gulf of mexico/cortez sea."
The Opistognathus rosenblatti (bluespotted Jawfish) is only found on the Pacific Side of Mexico (Sea of Cortez).
I would love to see this fish you are speaking of.
