It grows very very very slow if you are referring to Eddie's PM (unsure about the Tyree one). Mine has done nothing but puddle for about 8 months and is finally looking like it is going to take off.
I have heard from some that have it that this is pretty typical.

To my knowledge one is believed to be a lokani (EPM) and one is believed to be a valida (TPM). I like the EPM much more.
I would like to see a colony shot also, all I have ever seen is frag shots and wonder what they grow into. They must grow into something really nice, as most frags I have seen for sale are around $200.00 per 1/2 inch and I just can't understand that price as I have seen alot of other corals that IMO are much nicer looking and are no where as $$$$.

tyree purple monster, had it for about 2 years. lol it has grown half an inch.

Yeah, not sure if that is true that the tyree is a valida though. I know for sure this is a tyree though. I just googled tyree purple monster and all the results look just like this.
That is the Tyree.I just got one today. What lights do you have?I was told it is a fast grower.
