I found this smooth skin acro online and it looks incredibly similar to a 'purple monster.'

Surely looks awesome, but without direct lineage, its a nice acro.
They did trace the PM back to the actual spot in the sea where it grows. One of the more interesting articles I've read. Also stated just a swim away was more, but of different growth structure and slightly different color. Same species, but totally different. Goes to say there is something when it comes to lineage.
