Ok well tonight I noticed my purple tang had a strange "mark." It looks kindof like when someone pours bleach onto a colored fabric.
He is not acting out of the ordinary at all. Eats just fine as usual and all water params are in check. But if you want to see them here they are:
pH - 8.2
Ammonia - 0ppm
nitrites - 0ppm
nitrates - <5ppm
Calcium - 480ppm
Specific Gravity - 1.025
Alk - normal. Thats all my test kit does: low, normal, and high
phosphate - .05ppm
I haven't tested strontium or iodine but I can if you guys think those are important for this.
I just do not have the slightest idea what this is, like I said he is acting as energetic as ever. It just showed up tonight also.
