Purple Tang needs medication

My purple tang has developed a small white spot on both eyes. I did the treatment for ICH and fungus prior adding it to the main tank. I wonder what medication is recommended this time. S.O.S

Is it in the eye itself? If so might be internal parasites. Do a search here and compare it to what you have. If so you can do a fresh water dip or treat with prazipro.

Both eyes at once? Weird. Are you certain this just isn't normal coloration? Both eyes with the same problem is quite a coincidence.

Both eyes. The size of white spot is actually identical on both eyes. The purple tang is healthy and has good appetite.
