Purple Tang w/ lateral line desease?

About eight months to a year ago I ordered a Purple Tang from my lfs. The one they got in was not in good shape and had lateral line desease. They kept the tang and nursed it to pretty good help for about 4 months. I went ahead and brougth the fish homw and he has done very well. He eats alot and I expect he is healthy but lately he has been getting some loss of color where his dorsal fin meets his body and the lateral line still shows. Will he always have the lateral line showing or should it fill in. Is thier a spicific treatment for lateral line. Finally his tail and fins looked as if they have been nipped on. I have a yellow tang that looks to have nipped fins and a blue tang but not as bad. I never see any of them fighting though. I know it is a lot of info but if someone could put all this together it would help.

All 3 together in a 75? If so, as they mature there will be more and more issues.

Only tratment is good, varied food and good water quality. hth

They are kept in a 395 gallon aquarium. The Blue Tang is about 10yrs old. The Yellow about 2. The only fish that shows aggression is a yellowed eye tang, but never toward the other tangs just smaller fish.
