Purple Tang White Stripe

Hi All

Please help with ID and cure methods

Fish had ich 4 weeks ago but with good feeding etc ICH gone (I know it is in tank still)

Tank is 4 months old just becoming stable water parameters are normal

There are 2 cleaner shrimps that aggressively clean this purple tang I was thinking it was a irritation of skin due to the cleaning as the other side had of fin had smaller white are which was gone in a week

But now other side has a bigger white patch and I also see very small white patch bottom fin and there is no problem on body or face

He is the king of tank there is flame angel 4 chromis 3 wrasse yellow tang 2 clown they All live in piece


Thanks for your suggestions

I do feed ON mix pellet formula one and two (with garlic) and formula one flakes and 2 times a week nori that has garlic inside too

Sometimes fish scrape themselves up on the rocks, fin discoloration and tears usually fix themselves in a few days.
