Purple tang with Convict tang

I have a convict tang about adult size thats been in my tank for 3 months now and wanted to add a smaller purple tang in, in my tank currently is 2 true percs, shrimp goby, and a cleaner shrimp with misc corals etc. Would these to tangs coexist since the convict was in first and the purple tang would be only 1/2 to 3/4 his size?

I wouldn't get two tangs in a 75 gallon. IMO you barley could get away with a convict tang in a 75 gallon. I have a purple in my 90 gallon and I can say that one tang is enough for my tank. I would say you are fully stocked.

yeah i agree i wouldn't do it... Though in a bigger tank that would work just fine.

no please dont put a convict in that tank. convicts are a high energy tang. they need more room. just my .02 cents.

Wes concicts are like hippos and others with that body shape. They need lotas of of swimming room. I would take out the concit and add a yewllo are kole instead.
