Purple tang with white patches

I have a purple tang that has been in qt for over a month. It has gone through tt and a couple of rounds of prazipro. I also did two 30 min formalin dips on the fish.
I noticed that in the past two weeks it has gotten white patches on its body and they are getting worst. they are different sizes and on both side of its body and are mostly round shaped. looks like the fish has white polka dots. (definitely not ich).
I have started treating with furan2 incase it was bacterial 3 days ago and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
I know a picture is best, but i tried to take pics of it, but the fish moves so much and its so hard to get a clear shot.
any suggestions?

he was in qt with a flame angel with flukes which prazipro was not treating and I actually messaged you and you advised me about the quick cure dip which worked for you with your flame. Unfortunately i lost the flame angel.

http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1162374 Is it like bleach has been splashed on it? I had this on a relatively new tang once and it went away after a few days, was just a skin colour change no coating or growth. I had no anemone as was fish only tank so not what others had suggested.

yeah thats kinda what it looks like but the blotches are round and different size. I was thinking also maybe stress marks from being in a small qt for so long but i dont want to risk introducing any disease or parasite to my dt.

Update just incase anyone else has the same issue. After adding the tang to my dt, after a few days all the blotches were gone and the fish is doing great. I guess it was either water quality or being confined in a small qt.
