you all think that my blue hippo and my sail fin tang will get along with a purple tang. that store blue reef in winter springs is closing and selling everything 50 % off. and he has alot of them.

imo in a 72 gallon i would not try it no matter how cheap you can get it for. not to have blue reef to lose a sale.

I say get rid of the sailfin and get the purple...imo...kuz the purple won't get nearly as big

I have had all three together in my 125, they got along ok, but in a 72 you may have trouble...

Blue Reef is closing shop? In this economy I can imagine it must be tough for a lfs - especially a new store. Did the rounds last weekend in the Orlando area and it looks like a few more might follow suit. Sad.

thanks i thought that they would have a problem in a 72 but i just went there and the man was trying to sell me everything and said they will close about the end of the month. i geuss i will go back to what i was going to buy the flame hawk should do alot better.

I have a flame hawk and they have a great pesonallity. I also like the way they perch on things
