PVC Fittings?

Well, looks like I already upgraded my Vertex Vectra M1 to the L1. That means I need to return all the pvc I bought from Home Depot and repurchase the larger diameter fittings. Where does everyone get their fittings like bulkheads, gate valves, check valves, locally?

HD and Lowes suck imo, for valves and such there are a few websites which are good, I don't recall the exact site but a quick Google search should result in a "pvcfittings.com" or something which should be fine.

I went with schedule 80 valves because they're disassemble-able if the ever get clogged, and those aren't available at HD, but if you're just looking for schedule 40 quarter turn valves you might be able to find them at HD and save on shipping

The quarter turn valves at HD suck. I was looking for higher quality. I don't think they sell the gate valves and y check valves.

I agree, go with the schedule 80 ones, I just did a search and I believe I bought mine from pvcfittingsonline .com

I guess I should also mention that in the 18 months I've had the valves I've never even thought of disassembling it, so it may not be worth the extra $20 per valve or whatever it was, but maybe if the tank is running in a few years I might want to.
