are they really peaceful? will they play nice with other peaceful fish (like gobies)
or are they "peaceful" like sixline wrasses?lol

Depending on your rockwork, if its open scape or a rock wall you may never see the fish. I have a very open scape but the fish is cruising around all day. He tends to hug the rocks when switching fro island to island. Very peaceful.

I have a 28g Nano cube with one Yellow Banded Possum Wrasse, a Citrinis Goby and an Orange Stripe Prawn Goby and Shrimp pair. All of them get along, no aggression at all. I can always find my Possum Wrasse, in fact he is the first one out looking for food when he sees me. I love mine!

My yellow banded is very peaceful but also out and about most of the time. I do have a lot of hiding places though so maybe that makes it feel secure?

Great character.

Great fish. They're not the boldest fish ever, but they are extremely peaceful. They never bother anything and other fish don't even seem to notice them.

WE have had 2. One was out all the time, one hid alot. I do tend to agree with the theory the more hiding places they have, the more secure they feel and come out more. We loved ours, had a great personality and very peaceful.
