We just received two Ocellaris clowns from LA on Friday. One of them was dead this morning, the other's doing great.
While talking about our next try, I suggested a black and white to go with our orange and white clown.
Your website advertised the clowns as such...
Black & White Percula Clownfish - Tank-Bred
(Amphiprion ocellaris var.)
Listed as Percula in the heading, but as Ocellaris underneath. Which is it actually, and would either pair well with our O. clown?
I've posted a thread about the chances of the fish changing to female while either left alone in the tank for a month (our present fish) or while in the QT tank (the fish we hope to get).
Your opinions?
Also, our next fish will either be a blenny or a firefish, should we order and quarantine that fish now along with the replacement clown?
