QT/Hospital tank size

What is a good sized hospital tank for an adult yellow tang that would also house one royal gramma, two false percs (juv) and a flame angel (juv)?

My tank has low level ich that I would like to finally be totally rid of.

One other question, what do you think the best possible way to get the biofilter up to snuff for that fish load is? I have two whisper filters that I can use. I am not in a hurry as of all of those fish only two have ever had visible ich and they regularly are clear of it.

I am afraid that if I just use an sponge from the sump that when I introduce the fish it will respike and perhaps kill the fish.

Do you have any filters running on the main display? If those Whisper filters are running on the display, they would work.

I don't have any filters on the main display. It sounds like about the best thing I can do is cycle the 30 then just keep a very close eye on the ammonia and be ready with large water changes until the cycle catches up to the load.
