QT Lighting for Corals

Would this light work for a small 10-gallon QT that I will be using for corals?:

Planning on mostly LPS and soft corals to start with.

Not sure if it will work but the reviews on the link above don't paint a good picture. Make sure you get more information about the quality.

I would look for a used lamp that might give you more options. QT is a hard time on everything, you want to provide good quality light and great water quality. If you need some more suggestions on things perhaps list a price range you want to stay in.

I'm looking for something probably less than $100 that would be a solid choice for my QT. As of right now I am planning on LSP and soft corals, but would like something able to get by for SPS if possible, if I head that direction down the road. But that isn't a requirement if cost becomes too much of an issue.
