QT Procedure ok?

I have had my 120 gallon DT with some inverts (cleaner shrimp, blood red shrimp, sand sifting starfish and some snails) in a newly cycled tank for the last few weeks. My plan is to run it fallow for the 72 days (was not easy with a wife and 2 kids badgering over the length of time) so I marked my calendar and this week it is time to get some fish (inverts have been in since Aug 21st).
I recently purchased (2) 10 gallon tanks for TTM along with 2 ammonia badges, 2 thermometers, some pvc for hiding and 2 heaters. My question is whether I should I get HOB filters or just air pumps with stones? Any preferences/upsides/downsides?
After TTM (which I will dose with Prazi on changes 2 and 4) I plan to move the fish to a 55 gallon QT for the remaining weeks until day 72 has come and gone. Any other ideas/criticisms are greatly appreciated!
SG 1.025
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates ~5
Temp 78.2*F

Looks good to me but I would add a formalin dip in the front end, perhaps in the first TTM cycle,.

IMO, the only issue with using power filters during the TTM is the fact that it has so many holes and crevices where water can hide and not completely dry before the next use. I just use an airstone and toss that and the tube away after each use.

So formalin dip (5 gallon bucket), then TTM1, then prazi and TTM2, then TTM3, then Prazi and TTM4, then into the QT. I plan on treating 2 fish at a time in TTM, then when it is over and they are in Qt, getting another 2 into TTM, then Qt. With no more than 6 fish in Qt at once, 4-5 week observation for each set. Does this sound solid?
My fish stocking plan:
2 cardinalfish
2 clowns
2 blue reef chromis
And air stones it shall be.
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Ron

Sounds good. Be very careful with chromis as they have been coming in frequently with uronema marinum. QT them separately with a minimum of two months observation.
