Normally, I qt all of my fish for 6 weeks using paraguard and prazipro. I just finished upgrading my tank, which took a few months longer than expected. Before the upgrade, I purchased three fish to put in the new tank once it was ready, but because the upgrade took longer, the fish have been in qt for 10 weeks. over the ten weeks the only treatment they have received was one week of paraguard. Because I have been monitoring them for 10 weeks, it is ok for them to go into the dt? Or do they still need to be treated?

That's pretty much up to you. I'd argue that 10 weeks is sufficient for most issues to surface. External flukes would have presented already, and even internal worms would have via weight gain issues. I don't find prazipro particularly effective on internal worms anyhow.
