QT question

All my fishes have ich so I wanna transfer them to QT.

here is my inventory

x1 Clown Fish
x1 Foxface
x1 Blue Hipo Tang
x2 Yellow Tang
x1 Powder Brown Tang
x2 Gubbie
x1 Firefish
x2 Shripms
x1 Anemone


1. What fish can I leave in the main tank?
2. Are they all going to survive 40 days in 20 gallons tank?
3. What can I use to make a hidding places for them? Live Rocks is no good, right?
4. I will cure them with "Quick Cure". Did anybody used it before?

1. No fish can be left in the main tank. The shrimp and anemone can be left they cannot be hosts for ich.

2. IMO no. 20 is too small and they will be too crowded. You could invest in a bigger rubbermaid tub or maybe have use your 20 and a rubbermaid so youd have 2 hospital tanks

3. use pieces of pvc for hiding places.

4. I have no experience with it but i recommend hyposalinity

where can I buy those pvc?

home depot, lowes. almost every hardware store will have pvc pipe. I think my local walmart has pvc also.
