QT small yellow tang.

I'm considering a small yellow tang to add to my 180g. I haven't actually found the fish so I can't say exactly what size. I have a 20g long and was wondering if that was big enough to QT this tang. QT will be for about 8 weeks. Thanks.

Really depends how big the fish is. If it's a 1-1.5" fish it is probably fine. If it's a 2-4" fish Id be looking at something like a 40breeder.

While not ideal, a 20 gallon long will work if the tang is 2-1/2" or less, although I agree a 40 would be much better.
