QT'ing Anthias

Hey,

I purchased some lyretail anthias to be delivered next Saturday from DD (one of their conditioned trio's). I know they are one of the more aggressive species, so I was wondering what the best method of QT'ing would be -- I usually TTM in 20G rubbermaids - will this be enough room? Should I make an egg-crate divider to separate the male?

You should be OK as long as the females have plenty of PVC hiding places and you have a plan for ammonia.

I generally transfer everyday 2 days and haven't run into ammonia issues despite heavily feeding in the past but will keep an eye on it. Thanks for the reassurance. I'll probably have the egg crate divider ready to go just in case.
