QT'ing nems

What is the best way to qt an anemone? How would I keep it from attaching itself to my qt and if it does how do you remove it when it's time to transfer to the dt?

Others have recommended putting a coffee mug in the QT for the Nem to attach to. I used a small ceramic cup. If I do it again, I may just line an area of my QT with ceramic tiles, and I can just let the Nem pic where to attach and lift that tile out when it's ready for DT.
