I am downsizing, and changing the goals of my tank... therefore, lots of high end gear is up for grabs! This is a mirror posting that is in the girs and selling forum.
Gear is available for pickup in Quad Cities, IA. IL though I am willing to ship. the gear is currently running on my tank, i will remove and clean it before shipping.
Super Reef Octopus 5000 Internal Protein Skimmer- $375.
the bubble blaster pump model 9 months of use on it. ($500 new) rated up to 400 gallons.
A 400 watt PFO halide $200*
setup with 20K xm bulbs [/U][/B](2 weeks of life) and a luminarc reflector.
A 250 watt PFO halide $160*
setup with 20K bulbs and a luminarc reflector. I might be willing to split up the reflectors.
*please note, I can't sell both of my halides until I move some of my non-vho friendly sps colonies.

150 gallon drilled acrylic tank, center overflow- The tank is a dealer grade ½" thick acrylic, not the 3/8" that bow like crazy. (these easily list 2K new) There were some repairs done to the tank to repair an open seam. As BRad can attest the tank is stronger than"¦. a tank now. I will talk over the repairs with any interested buyer.
The tank comes set up with"¦.....................
-an oceans motions 4 way- mag drive, extra drums included, ($389 new)
-a one year used REEF-FLO Dart, ($280 new) 3600 gph @ less than 150 watts.
-all the plumbing for the closed loop which includes schedule 80 unions, 5 ball valves (including the 2 return line "). See pictures in threads for more views.
a very solid, puzzle cut joint stand with a 1 ½" thick base.
If interested a 55 gallon tank for a sump
NOVUS 3 part Acrylic Polishing solvent set. (Slightly used) Big bottles of Novus 1,2,and 3. for acrylic upkeep (tank was buffed to perfection inside and out about 2 years ago)
$1200 for the tank, stand, loop, etc.
if you take everything listed, I will let it go for $2000, and would throw in some liverock, and a few sps colonies,
pictures of the setup during the build!
note: return for loop is really on the L side of the tank.
