Quarantine Caulestrea???

I bought some Caulestrea (Candy coral) two nights ago. I dipped it in saltwater with the recommended dose of Revive coral cleaner, swished it around a bit, rinsed it in saltwater without Revive, and placed it in a quarantine tank where I am also quarantining a new fish. Both coral and fish look great. I need to figure out where in the display to put the coral and how to stabilize it, so putting it in quarantine stuck into a piece of upended pvc was convenient. My question is, do I really need to continue quarantine and for how long? I don't believe that the stock flourescent light will be sufficient for very long.

now that you put it in the quarantine tank with the fish---yes you have to continue leaving it there for about 4 weeks. There is the possibility of the transfer of ich to the coral

The other method people use is a fresh water dip and then put it directly in the main tank
